Ombudsman Channel - Nutrire

Nutrire believes that ethics, safety, respect, and integrity are non-negotiable!

Our Ombudsman Channel is an independent and secure tool created to receive reports on conduct that are in violation of our Values, Internal Standards, or Applicable Legislation.

The channel can be used by all employees, administrators, directors, interns, apprentices, service providers, suppliers, business partners, and other stakeholders who interact with the company.

If you have witnessed or have knowledge of any irregular situation, submit your report responsibly and in good faith.

We remind you that in case of proven bad faith through false reporting, this will be considered a serious ethical violation subject to applicable disciplinary measures, potentially including malicious denunciation, under Article 339 of the Brazilian Penal Code.

This channel should only be used to report situations involving possible irregularities, legal violations, or conduct incompatible with Nutrire’s values and standards.

Do not use this channel for:

Operational complaints or administrative requests;
Questions regarding HR, payroll, or benefits;
Interpersonal conflicts without evidence of irregularity, among others.

The information will be handled confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 – LGPD).
